Swastikas Found: New York Jewish Center

What is the meaning of this?

Anti-Semitic vandals have apparently struck again in New York City, defacing property with swastikas in two separate incidents. Police said Thursday they have opened a hate crime investigation after 22 swastikas were found spray-painted on walls and doors of a local high school.
